Our Policy

• Tuition is billed monthly and is due before the player’s first class of the month.

• If payment is not received, the player will not have access to classes until the balance is cleared.

​

• Missing the first class of the month without prior notice is forfeited and does not affect the monthly fee.

​

• Recurring payments are set based on the player’s first class date:

  • If a player starts mid-month (example: first class on the 15th but payment was processed on the 22nd), the next recurring payment will be adjusted to the 15th going forward.

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel monthly enrollment and be eligible for a refund of future payments.

​

• No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing period.

​

• All transactions are considered final once processed, outside of the 30-day cancellation window.​​​​​

• To qualify for a make-up class, at least 3 hours’ notice is required before the scheduled class time.

​

• Missed classes without proper notice are forfeited.

​

• Once a make-up is scheduled, a second no-show will result in forfeiture of that make-up.

​

• Make-up classes do not roll over to the next month.​​​​​

• If inclement weather begins near class time, classes may be delayed up to 30 minutes to allow conditions to improve.

​

• If courts remain unplayable after that time, the class will be cancelled.

​

• If weather is clearly unplayable before class, an update will be sent in advance.

​

• If no message is sent, classes will run as scheduled.

• Players are expected to show respect toward coaches, peers, and facilities at all times.

​

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in temporary or permanent dismissal from the program without refund.​

• All players must have a signed Liability Waiver and Content Release Form on file before participating in any classes, lessons, match play, or events.

​

• Players will not be permitted to participate until the waiver is signed and received.

​

• This waiver applies to all activities hosted or facilitated by Strings of Glory LLC and affiliated organizations, including practices, match play days, and events.
